200 g grated Emmental cheese
150 g soft, fresh goat cheese
a few tablespoons of cream or milk (optional)

pepper and salt
Slice the baguette into pieces.
Finely chop the parsley and basil.
Mix some of the grated Emmental cheese with the soft goat cheese, parsley, basil, pepper, and salt.
If the mixture is too dry, add some cream or milk.
Spread the cheese mixture on the slices of baguette and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top.
Place the slices of baguette in the oven under the grill until the cheese is melted.
