Quantity: 1 bottle

1 bottle of cava Anna Codorniu organic brut
ice cubes
400 ml pear juice
1 cucumber
2 rhubarb stalks
200 ml herbs

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Fill a carafe with herbs and pear juice.

Slice the cucumber and 1 rhubarb and add them.

Put some ice, cucumber, and the 2nd rhubarb cut into cubes in the glasses.

Add ice to the carafe and mix in the cava, stir briefly and pour into the glasses.
