Ingredients

What do you need?

For the burgers
4 soft hamburger buns
4 beef burgers
A knob of butter
Pepper and salt
Slices of large sweet-sour pickle
Bicky onions
1 large tomato sliced
1 sweet onion in fine rings
¼ iceberg lettuce in fine strips

Fresh sauce
4 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp finely chopped sweet-sour pickle


4 soft hamburger buns
4 beef burgers
A knob of butter
Pepper and salt
Slices of large sweet-sour pickle
Bicky onions
1 large tomato sliced
1 sweet onion in fine rings
¼ iceberg lettuce in fine strips


4 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp finely chopped sweet-sour pickle

Preparation method

Mix everything for the sauce together.

Cut the buns in half and briefly toast the inside in a frying pan or pop them in the oven for a moment.

Cut the burgers in half, roll them into balls, and press them between plastic wrap to make them round and thin, the same size as the buns.

Fry the burgers in a knob of butter briefly and vigorously, medium-rare, and season with pepper and salt.

Spread sauce on the bottom part of the burger.

Place the meat on top, followed by the lettuce, pickle, onions, and tomato.

Spread sauce on the top of the burger and place it on top.

Take a bite, enjoy!
