1 ripe banana
250 ml coconut milk
1 tsp grated ginger (or more to taste)
10 mint leaves, washed
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chia seeds with the water and let it soak for about 5 minutes until you get a paste.

Peel and grate the ginger.

Put the banana, coconut milk, grated ginger, mint, and the soaked chia seeds in a blender.

Blend for about 2 minutes until everything is fine and smooth.

Serve the smoothie in a large glass and optionally garnish with banana slices and extra mint leaves.

Tips

Use ripe bananas for a natural sweeter taste. Replace chia seed with linseed, but let it first do it before you mix it.
