2 tbsp mascarpone
1 vanilla pod
2 ristretto coffees
Cocoa powder
2 tsp healthy chocolate, homemade

Codorniu Ars Collecta

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Oatmeal Put the oatmeal, milk, and vanilla pod in a saucepan.

Let it boil for 1 min, turn off the heat, and let it rest for a moment.

Stir in the mascarpone vigorously.

Place a teaspoon of healthy chocolate in each bowl.

Spread the oatmeal over it.

Generously sprinkle with cocoa powder and pour the ristretto over it…

Done!

Healthy chocolate 2 tbsp nut butter 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder A few tbsp milk or plant-based milk 2 tbsp Yukon syrup Mix everything, and done!

On Sunday, a glass of Cava is definitely allowed 😊
