Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 4p

4 tbsp pickles
200 ml cream
100 ml demi-glace
0.5 tsp turmeric
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the cream, pickles, and demi-glace in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

If you want your sauce a bit thicker, add a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in water. I like to add turmeric for a nice yellow color, but it's not necessary.
