For the sesame rice:
1 bag of Jasmine rice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Juice of 0.5 lime

Vegetables:
300 grams bimi
300 grams sugar snap peas
1 cucumber
2 hard-boiled eggs
4 teaspoons pickled ginger in juice
1 package sprouts of your choice

Honey Soy Sauce:
7 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons oil
Juice of 0.5 lime

1 bag of Jasmine rice
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Juice of 0.5 lime

Vegetables:
300 grams bimi
300 grams sugar snap peas

2 hard-boiled eggs

Honey Soy Sauce:
7 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons oil
Juice of 0.5 lime

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs carefully.

Cut the bimi into smaller pieces and clean the sugar snap peas. Stir-fry these briefly and vigorously in some coconut oil or neutral oil with pepper and salt. Keep warm.

Slice the cucumber into fine strips using a mandoline.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing well together.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Then mix in the sesame seeds and the juice of half a lime.

Grease a bowl with some oil and press the rice firmly into it.

Arrange the vegetables and garnishes around the rice. Serve with the honey soy sauce.
