4 cl tequila
Juice of 0.5 pink grapefruit
150 ml tonic agrum

Garnish
1 lemon
1 lime
1 pink grapefruit
1 sprig of rosemary

Ice cube trays
Large wine glass

Preparation method

How do you make this?

First, make your ice cubes the day before.

Slice the lime, lemon, and half of the grapefruit into wedges, place them in your molds, fill with water, and let freeze for at least 8 hours in the freezer.

Put the ice cubes, tequila, and grapefruit juice in a glass. Insert a straw, top off with tonic agrum, and finish with a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.
