Dirty is the new chic. And above all: delicious. From Dirty Chips to the iconic Dirty Martini – that salty, rich, umami touch is everywhere. And now it’s the turn of the AperolSpritz. Why choose between a Dirty Martini and an AperolSpritz when you can pour the best of both in one glass? With a dash of olive juice, a good splash of Aperol and that sparkling cava, it becomes a surprising flavour bomb. Perfect for an aperitif with friends or when you want something different than the classic bubbles. That olive and caramelised orange? They really make it.
