Dim sum with Belgian Endive and Chicken with Sesame Soy Sauce Dip
What do you need?
Dim sum:
300 g Belgian endive, finely chopped
250 g chicken mince
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 pack of dim sum wrappers
2 cm ginger, grated
Pepper and salt to taste
Sesame soy sauce dip:
60 ml mild soy sauce
30 ml roasted sesame oil
2 spring onions, very finely chopped
