1 cauliflower
400 g cherry tomatoes
1 jar of arrabiata or passata
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
500 g seasoned minced meat
Pepper and salt
A few sprigs of fresh oregano
Butter or olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Make meatballs from the minced meat, and cook them all around until done.

Put the tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt in a high pan and let them roast over the fire.

Add the arrabiata or passata and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Make the cauliflower rice by cutting it raw in the food processor.

Sprinkle the mixture in a perforated baking dish, and steam for 10 minutes.

Serve them in a large deep dish, drizzle with olive oil and pepper and salt.

Place the meatballs on top and pour the tomato sauce over it.

Finish with the oregano.
