I try to organize myself as well as possible so that they have something quick, healthy, and appealing ready around four o'clock. This snack plate with whole grain bread with peanut butter & jam, fresh raw veggies, and a creamy hummus dip is such a lifesaver. Everything is finger food, so perfect to eat while emptying the school bag. Bonus: you can prepare a lot of things in advance, so no stress every day!
