125 g cream cheese (type Philadelphia) 
Zest and juice of 1 lemon 
4 tbsp olive oil 
Pepper and salt

Finishing 
3 tbsp crispy chili oil
1 bunch of chives, finely chopped 
Flatbread or baguette to serve

Preparation method

How do you make this?
  1. Mix it up! Put the feta, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt into a blender or food processor.
  2. Creamy swirl. Blend until you get a smooth, creamy dip. Taste and season with extra pepper or lemon if needed.
  3. Serving. Spread the dip on a plate or serving dish.
  4. Finishing touches. Drizzle the crispy chili oil over it, add a little more olive oil, and sprinkle the chopped chives on top.
  5. Dip away! Serve with flatbread, baguette, or crackers.

Tips

  • Add a clove of garlic for extra kick if desired.
  • Prefer something milder? Replace the chili oil with honey or pomegranate seeds.
