yogurt baseΒ

2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons pure peanut butter (100% peanut, without

2 teaspoons jam without refined sugar (e.g. strawberry or raspberry

100g dark chocolate (min. 80% cocoa)

toppings

Red fruit of choice

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparation methodΒ Take the 6 yogurt pots (with the lid off).Β
Stir 1 tablespoon of chia seeds well into the yogurt in each pot.Β
Spoon 1 teaspoon of jam on top, then the peanut butter and stir to create a nice swirl.Β
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.Β Distribute the melted chocolate over the 6 pots.
Tilt them slightly if needed so the chocolate spreads nicely.Β
Seal the pots tightly again.
Store them in the refrigerator (max. 4 days) or freeze them for later use (up to 1 month).

Finish them off with fruit of your choice

Tips

Use yogurt without added sugars for a healthier version. Finish just before eating with toppings so they stay crispy. Let frozen breakfasts thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Redcurrant jam adds a fresh touch, but feel free to alternate with your favorite flavors. Perfect also as a snack or quick bite after exercising.
