It's something different than just throwing a packet of chips in a bowl - with a few ingredients it's pimped up in no time! And you probably already have most of them in your fridge. I just use the bag of chips as a serving bowl, but you can choose that, depending on who you have over. It could also look super chic on a silver platter or something. 1 large bag of quality salt chips

12 slices of Ganda ham (or other raw ham of your choice)

2 tbsp sweet and sour onions and gherkins (finely chopped)

1 large bag of quality salt chips

2 tbsp sweet and sour onions and gherkins (finely chopped)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the bag of chips open in a cross and fold the edges over to make a sort of serving dish.

Place the Ganda ham rosettes between the chips so that they are evenly distributed.

Sprinkle the sweet and sour onions and gherkins over it.

That's it! I can't believe how simple and delicious this is.

Tips

  • Don't prepare this too far in advance, because the magic is when the chips are still nice and crispy.
  • Want some extra punch? Add jalapeños, Parmesan shavings, or a drizzle of honey.
  • Can be served casually in a chip bag or super fancy on a chic plate.
