What do you need?Base of the platter 1 bag of Ibiza potato chips (or other quality chips) about 24 slices of Iberico Bellota ham (or another tasty raw ham) a good chunk of Parmesan cheese (to grate yourself)
Toppings & skewers 1 jar of green olives 1 jar of sweet-sour pickles 1 jar of pearl onions
12 long pickled peppers
12 anchovy fillets of premium quality in olive oil toothpicks or cocktail skewers
