Make it veggie!

Replace the Iberico ham with grilled artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, or smoked tofu strips. You retain the umami and coziness, but without meat.

Preparation method

How do you make this?
  1. Take a nice, flat plate that can showcase on the table.
  2. Sprinkle a first layer of chips over the bottom.
  3. Place a few slices of Iberico ham on top – elegant, but generous.
  4. Then some low peppers, then crisscross the grissini’s
  5. Grate a lot of Parmesan cheese over it – especially don't be stingy.
  6. Repeat this again until everything is nicely distributed.
  7. Make skewers with an olive, gherkin, and pearl onion, anchovy, on a toothpick.
  8. Playfully arrange the skewers on the plate.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy every crunchy, salty, cheesy bite.

Tips

You can prepare the skewers in advance, but stacking the chips should be done à la minute. This way they stay nice and crispy until the party really starts.
