Still not at all what you were looking for?
No problem. You have the right to your order up to 14 days after receipt to return.

How does it work?

Let us know which product you want to return with mention of your order number via shop@sofiedumont.be, we deliver you a return label

Pack the product well, in the original packaging.

Send it back within 14 days after receipt

As soon as we receive everything in good condition have received, we will refund you within 14 days.

What can be returned?

- Unused products, in original condition
- Everything neatly packed and complete

What can we not take back?

- Used or damaged items
- Food or food boxes
- Gift vouchers

If the product is damaged or not returned completely, we passing on depreciation.
