Smoky Strawberry-Mojito Mocktail

Easy

Oh guys, a refreshing summer mocktail! I am a huge fan of it – as long as it’s not too sweet, of course. The mojito is the über-popular cocktail, and I love to give it a twist with summer strawberries and a little bit of smokiness thanks to my Smoky Cranberry Chipotle. Perfect for those who want something festive without alcohol. Cheers!

 8 cl Smoky Cranberry Chipotle
8 strawberries
1 teaspoon brown sugar
6 sprigs of mint
1 lime sparkling water

Finishing Crushed ice or small ice cubes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the lime into eight wedges. Put these together with the cane sugar, half of the mint leaves, and half of the strawberries in a sturdy glass. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to mash everything well so that the flavors are released and the juice from the lime and strawberries comes out.

Fill the glass generously with crushed ice. Add the remaining strawberries and mint leaves. Pour the Smoky Cranberry Chipotle over it and finish off with sparkling water until the glass is nicely full.

Garnish with a straw, an extra sprig of mint, and a strawberry on the rim of the glass. So refreshing!

Tips

For an extra festive touch: serve in a beautiful cocktail glass with a crushed sugar rim.
