COME WITH ME TO CEFALÙ

From September 21 to 27, I will be Chef in Residence at Club Med Cefalù, a beautiful place by the sea where everything comes together: sun, fragrant herbs, and a kitchen full of southern flavors!

Chef in Residence, that means I will work with the local kitchen team to create a menu using the best seasonal products from the region. They do the prep work, I take care of the finishing touches & am happy to tell you more about the ingredients, techniques, and stories behind each plate.

MALDIVES

The Maldives… that’s such a place that everyone has on their bucket list, right? And wow, we went there last year, with Club Med! White beaches, crystal clear sea, palm trees everywhere… really just like a postcard. But what stayed with me the most? The space. That place breathes openness, not only because of the views but also because of the feeling you get there. All around you: sky, sea & an endless horizon!

From morning to evening enjoyment: breakfast buffet, then some sports or diving (Wim and Grace went underwater, I learned to sail!), then lunch, afternoon snacks with pancakes, cocktails, and in the evening more delicious food.

For Grace, it was also great: Club Med is truly kids-proof. She could go to the Teens Club and made friends from all over the world. Wonderful to see her blossom like that.

Truly a vacation to never forget. Thank you Club Med, we were completely in our element. And now… on to Cefalù!
