Wrap:
8 large eggs
Pepper and salt
150 g leaf spinach
0.5 bunch of basil

Filling:
250 g spinach
2 fresh goat cheeses
Basil leaves
250 g sliced tomatoes
2 tbsp cashews

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put everything for the wrap in a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with a knob of butter, pour ¼ of the batter in and swirl to form a nice round shape, let it cook further on medium heat.

Once the wrap is cooked on the top as well, top half with spinach, basil, tomato, cubes of goat cheese, and cashews, and fold it closed.

Mix the egg mixture well each time before you bake.

Continue in the same way for the next 3 wraps.
