Ingredients

What do you need?

250 g noodles
500 g peeled shrimp
300 g edamame beans
2 to 3 pointed peppers
2 tbsp peanut oil

3 spring onions
1 bunch of coriander
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Bottle of hot sauce

Sauce:
2 tsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp honey
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml orange juice
0.5 tsp chili powder or fresh chili if you like it spicy
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds

500 g peeled shrimp
300 g edamame beans
2 to 3 pointed peppers
2 tbsp peanut oil

3 spring onions
1 bunch of coriander
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Bottle of hot sauce

Sauce:
2 tsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp honey
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml orange juice
0.5 tsp chili powder or fresh chili if you like it spicy
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles as indicated on the package.

Drain and rinse the noodles well.

Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.

Add a splash of peanut oil to the pan, let the pan get hot.

Season the shrimp with pepper and salt and sauté them briefly and vigorously.

Cut the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Add the bell peppers along with the edamame beans and noodles to the shrimp.

Mix everything well together and add the sauce.

Stir everything well together and cook everything together for a bit before serving.

Chop the spring onions and coriander finely.

Finish the wok with the chopped spring onions, coriander, and sesame seeds, and a few drops of hot sauce if you're a fan of that.
