How do you make this?

Preheat your waffle iron.

Beat the eggs with pepper and salt. Add the cheese and desired herbs. Mix well together.

Lightly grease the waffle iron and scoop four tablespoons onto your iron. Bake the waffles for about 4 minutes until they are nicely colored.

Repeat until your mixture is gone.

Tips

Bacon, slices of ham or chorizo ​​can certainly also be added.
