8 tortilla wraps

TUNA FILLING:
2 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper
2 cans of tuna in olive oil, drained (net weight 240 gr./can)
2 stalks of celery, finely diced

SALSA:
1 large tomato, diced
1 avocado, cut into small pieces
1 bunch of cilantro
1 yellow and green bell pepper, finely diced
zest of 1 lime

250 g grated cheddar

SALAD:
8 small cucumbers, cut into 6
3 thick carrots, coarsely grated
3 tbsp peanut oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Filling: Add salt and pepper to the sour cream together with the leaked tuna.

Add the finely chopped celery and mix.

Salsa: Add the avocado cubes to the tomato, add finely chopped coriander, pepper and salt. Mix the paprika bugs under it together with the lime zest.

Cover one half of the tortillas with the tuna filling, salsa and cheddar. Pleat and bake between the grill or croquemachine, a 2 to 3 minutes.
