Finely chop the onion. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion. Add the minced meat to the onion and cook together. Season the minced meat with pepper, salt, nutmeg, and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook until it is nice and crispy.
Cut the yellow bell pepper into fine strips.
Mash the feta with a fork and mix it with a splash of milk. Season with pepper and salt and add 1 tbsp olive oil to create a spreadable mixture. Serve it in a bowl and make a well where you put the pomegranate seeds. Finish with olive oil and finely chopped mint.
Warm the tortillas as indicated on the package or grill them in the pan and keep them warm.
Finishing touches:
Put everything on the table and fill to your heart's content!
This is how I fill it:
Spread a tablespoon of feta on the tortilla, for the parents a line of harissa. If you like it a bit spicy, add a scoop of minced meat in the middle of the tortilla and then top the minced meat with the yellow bell pepper and pointed cabbage.
Roll it up and dig in!
