Spicy mayonnaise

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Pat the peeled shrimp dry, open them up and sprinkle both sides with the wok spices. Cut the pineapple into thin slices, then into strips, and then into cubes. Finely chop the pepper, red onion, and coriander.

Combine everything in a bowl, season with pepper and salt, and mix in the lime juice and oil, set aside. Mix everything for the spicy mayonnaise together, taste if it’s spicy enough, set aside.

Warm the tortillas as indicated on the package, or grill them briefly and vigorously in a grill pan, keep warm. Heat the oil in your wok pan, add the shrimp and fry them for about 3 minutes, quickly and crispy.

Place all the bowls on the table and let everyone fill their own. Place a tortilla on your plate, add lettuce, fried shrimp, the pineapple salsa, and finish with the spicy mayonnaise. Serve with lime.
