12 sole rolls
1 package of broccolini
2 carrots
1 white part of leek
2 celery stalks
¼ pumpkin
2 handfuls of sugar snaps
1 small fennel

Sauce:
100 ml milk
100 ml coconut cream
1 tsp yellow curry powder
Pepper and salt

Garnish:
A few sprigs of dill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Slice all the vegetables into thin rounds and place them in a steaming dish.

Season the sole rolls and roll them around 2 fingers, placing them in a dish drizzled with some olive oil.

Steam the fish and vegetables for 10 minutes.

Put everything for the sauce in a jar, bring to a boil, and season to taste.

Serve the vegetables and sole rolls on a plate.

Froth the sauce with an immersion blender and serve alongside.

Finish with sprigs of dill.

If serving as a starter, give 4 sole rolls per person. For a main course, it is better to serve 6.
