1 roll of puff pastry
150 g fresh basil pesto
150 g mozzarella balls
0.5 bunch of basil
1 jar of soft sun-dried tomatoes
40 g Parmesan cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 pieces.

Spread the pesto in the middle.

On top of that, add the tomatoes, half of the basil, and the mozzarella balls.

Roll up the sides to form round tarts.

Grate the Parmesan over it.

Bake for 25min at 185-190°C.

Serve warm, sprinkle some basil on top.
