What do you need?

Tikka masala:
2 tablespoons peanut oil
800 g sweet potato, peeled and cut into pieces of 2 to 3 cm
800 g turkey fillet
200 milliliters coconut cream
4 grated cloves of garlic
50 g grated ginger
1 finely chopped sweet onion
250 g green beans, cooked al dente
300 g yogurt
500 g passata
1 chili pepper
0.5 packet of Santa Maria tikka masala spices

4 spring onions
1 bunch of coriander

Tikka masala:
2 tablespoons peanut oil
800 g sweet potato, peeled and cut into pieces of 2 to 3 cm
800 g turkey fillet
200 milliliters coconut cream
4 grated cloves of garlic
50 g grated ginger
1 finely chopped sweet onion
250 g green beans, cooked al dente
300 g yogurt
500 g passata
1 chili pepper
0.5 packet of Santa Maria tikka masala spices

4 spring onions
1 bunch of coriander

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the turkey into strips and mix in a bowl with the yoghurt, ginger, chili pepper, tikka masala spices and garlic.

Let it marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Fry the onion in the oil and deglaze with the coconut cream and passata, let it boil briefly.

Stir in the marinated turkey and sweet potato pieces. Put the lid on and let it simmer gently for 1 hour, stirring regularly.

Finish with finely chopped spring onion and coriander. Herbs to taste

add for example cinnamon, cardamom, old spice and cumin.
