2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 knob of butter
500 g organic minced chicken
Pepper and salt
250 ml cream
400 ml chicken broth
2 handfuls of finely chopped mint
100 g grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the garlic and shallots and sauté them in butter until they are lightly colored.

Deglaze with chicken broth and cream and immediately add the minced meat. Stir well, possibly with a whisk, to create a thick paste. The minced meat is actually cooked in the broth, not browned.

Season with pepper and salt and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes together with half of the finely chopped mint.

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package and stir it into the minced meat.

Finish with extra mint and cheese.
