1 kohlrabi
1 celery
50 g roasted cashews
100 ml olive oil
1 bunch of basil
50 g grated pecorino
2 sprigs of mint

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Delicious with a glass of dry wine or bubbles.

Cut off the top and bottom pieces of the kohlrabi, as they are quite fibrous. Cut the rest into fries. Wash and peel the celery and then cut it into pieces.

Put the roasted cashews together with the olive oil, basil, pecorino, and mint in a blender and mix.

Serve the dip in a separate jar and arrange the vegetables nicely around it.
