1 container of strawberries (500 g)
300 g dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa)
black pepper, freshly ground

Chop the pistachios coarsely and place them in a bowl. Clean the strawberries with a dry cloth or brush. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. (If using the microwave, stir regularly!)

Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and roll them in the pistachios. Sprinkle with black pepper and place them on a plate. Let them set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
