Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
Whip the egg white with the sugar, inside of the vanilla pod, and a pinch of salt.
Whip until the sugar is completely dissolved and you have a frothy mixture.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
Beat the egg yolks and mix the yolks and melted chocolate with butter together.
Mix almond powder and yeast together and add it.
Gently stir everything together well.
Divide into 6 jars and steam on the medium steam setting, 100 degrees for 9 min.
Take them out and insert a piece of chocolate into each jar.
Serve immediately.
