Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
While the spaghetti is cooking, mix the eggs, mascarpone, finely chopped basil, pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the mixture. Stir everything well together.
Grease a large springform pan and put half of the pasta mixture in it. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
Spoon half of the bolognese sauce over the spaghetti and spread it evenly.
Place the rest of the spaghetti on top, followed by the remaining sauce.
Evenly distribute the grated cheese over the top of the cake.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and decorate the top of the cake with these tomatoes and the mozzarella balls.
Bake the spaghetti cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and golden brown.
Remove the cake from the oven and garnish with a few basil leaves.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing the springform. This way you can cut nice pieces.
Serve the spaghetti cake immediately and enjoy!
