1 piece of yellow and red bell pepper

2 farm eggs at room temperature
1 thick slice of brown bread
1 piece of purple and white carrot
1 piece of yellow and red bell pepper
piece of cucumber

Poke a hole in the rounded side of the egg with a pin (to prevent cracking).
Boil the eggs for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on their size.
Refresh under cold water.
Cut some thick slices of brown bread and toast them.
Peel the white and purple carrot and cut them into equal-sized sticks.
Also cut the red and yellow bell pepper and cucumber into equal-sized sticks.
Arrange the vegetable sticks like hashtags on a board.
Cut the toasted bread into soldiers and stack them in a second tower.
Serve with the boiled eggs.
Add some vinegar to the cooking water, this also bursts against and if the egg is bursting, it will solidify faster and you prevent white strings of protein to your egg. Use the vegetables that your children like; carrots, cucumber, white celery, pepper are big contenders.
