What do you need?375 g flour (you can use half 00-flour for even softer rolls)
1 packet of dry yeast
295 ml lukewarm water
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds
2 tsp garlic powder
A bowl with egg wash (beaten egg with some water)
Butter-garlic topping:
100 g butter, melted
2 cloves fresh garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
