Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the yeast in the lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients.

Add the garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped pumpkin seeds to the dry ingredients.

Add the yeast water and melted butter or olive oil.

Knead for 5-10 minutes until a smooth ball forms.

Let it rest for 1 hour in a greased bowl covered with plastic.

Dust the work surface with flour, place the dough on it.

Knead well by hand.

Dust with extra flour if it sticks.

Divide into portions. 6, 8, or 12 depending on the size you want.

Roll into sausages and make knots or another shape.

Brush the rolls with the egg wash for a shiny coating.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes at 220°C.

If you have a steam oven, use the low steam function.

Finish with the homemade butter-garlic topping.

For this, press the garlic and chop the parsley.

Mix both into the melted butter and stir well.

Brush the rolls with the mixture.
