Preparation method

How do you make this?

For the shrimp: Place the flour in a bowl and add the paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place the bowls next to each other. Dip the shrimp one by one in the egg, then in the flour, back in the egg, and finally back in the flour.

Then heat a pan with oil. Fry the shrimp for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are nicely golden brown on both sides.

For the sauce: Combine the Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

For the tacos: Warm the tortilla wraps in a pan. Do this for about 1 minute.

Place a tortilla wrap on your workspace and spread a thin layer of the sauce on it. Then place a handful of the finely chopped white cabbage, followed by the red onion, tomato, avocado, and fried shrimp.

Finish with some extra red onion, the sauce, and fresh cilantro/parsley. Complete the rest of the tacos in this way.

Tips

Serve with a quarter of lime and a fresh Corona extra, and enjoy! You can also use panko instead of flour. That makes it a little more crunchy and a little less fat. Prepare this when you organize a party. This healthy snack can easily be eaten from the fist.
