Meatballs:
1 kg mixed minced meat plain
Pepper salt
Knob of butter for frying

Red cabbage:
Knob of butter/lard
1 small red cabbage
Pepper salt
Onion
2 tbsp vinegar
Splash of water

Potatoes:
800 g floury potatoes
0.5 bunch parsley

Fresh applesauce:
3 pieces Boskoop apples
3 pieces Jonagold apples
200 ml water

Meatballs:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Season the minced meat, form meatballs, and fry all around, then let them cook further on low heat until they are nicely cooked inside.

Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and stew them in a pot with a lid, let them simmer until the water evaporates and stir vigorously with a whisk.

Finely chop the red cabbage, sauté in the butter with all the ingredients.

Season with pepper and salt and add water, let simmer for 40 minutes covered, stirring occasionally. Start with the red cabbage.
