12 Prawns
Pepper and salt
2 tsp chili flakes
12 tbsp olive oil (200ml)
Zest of lime and juice of half a lime
2 cloves of garlic, grated
Thai basil, finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the olive oil, chili flakes, lime zest, garlic, and salt for the marinade.

Coat the prawns with this marinade.

Place the prawns on the BBQ, grill them briefly and powerfully, turn the prawns after 2-3 minutes.

Place them on a platter.

Finish with Thai basil, lime zest, and juice of half a lime.
