Ingredients

1 ball of pizza dough (dough recipe)
500 ml thick tomato sauce (sauce recipe)
2-3 bags of grated mozzarella
2 packages of Strasbourg meatloaf
1 bunch of basil
150 g cherry tomatoes
Olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chop the meatloaf finely.

Chop the basil finely.

Roll out the pizza dough thinly.

Cut out circles and roll each circle of dough even thinner with some flour.

Spread them with the tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with meatloaf, basil, and then grated cheese.

Place another circle of pizza dough on top and bake for 3 minutes in the waffle iron on medium heat.

Open it, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and let it bake until golden brown.

Finish with some olive oil, coarsely chopped basil, and chopped cherry tomatoes. Bake the rest of the pizzas in the same way.

Serve immediately.
