3 turnips
2 kohlrabies
6 sunchokes
2 butter turnips
2 parsley roots
1 bunch of radishes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Scrub the vegetables and leave the stems on.

Cut all the vegetables, except for the radish, into 4 or 6 so you have pieces of about equal size.

Steam them together until al dente and let cool.

Wash the radishes, leaving the tails and stems on, and cut them in half.
