Ingredients

What do you need?

3 cloves of garlic
200 g oyster mushrooms
200 g shiitake
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
200 g sour cream
250 ml cream
Zest of lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
A knob of butter
400 g squid tagliatelle or regular

Finishing:

Parmesan shavings
Flat-leaf parsley
Olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put butter and olive oil in the pan, when it's hot add the mushrooms.

Season with pepper and salt and add grated garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are crispy.

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package in plenty of salted water, set aside some cooking water.

Add the cream, sour cream, and lemon zest to the mushrooms. Season again generously with freshly ground pepper and heat well.

Mix everything together with the pasta, adding some cooking water if needed.

Finish with Parmesan, flat-leaf parsley, and olive oil.
