Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity:

1 kale
3 tbsp shelled pistachios
4 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
100 g grated Parmesan cheese + extra for serving
fleur de sel
black pepper from the grinder
Juice of 0.5 lemon and zest
250 g whole wheat pasta

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put a large pot of salted water on the stove.

Cut the hard stem out of each leaf of the kale, roughly chop the kale, and add it to the boiling water.

Let it boil for 3 minutes, drain, and refresh with cold water. Squeeze out a bit of the water.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Add water until it reaches the desired thickness and season with extra pepper and salt.

Cook the pasta al dente, drain, and mix in.

Finish with extra grated Parmesan cheese, pistachios, and lemon juice.
