Quickly and easily mix all the ingredients for the pancake batter in a blender or with a mixer. This gives you extra time to keep an eye on the kids.
Let the pancake batter rest for half an hour and then sift it.
Cook the pancakes on both sides over medium heat and stack them on a plate.
Heat the raspberries, sugar, and water over low heat. Briefly boil the mixture and blend it into a delicious coulis.
Place two pancakes on a plate and spread them with sour cream and a bit of raspberry coulis. Save some coulis for the finishing touch.
Roll the pancakes tightly and cut them into two-centimeter slices.
Thread the pancake rolls onto two skewers and pour the remaining coulis over them.
In addition to sweet siege, pancakes can also be served with savory ingredients. Make it a party for young and old!
