Quickly and easily mix all the ingredients for the pancake batter in a blender or with a mixer. This gives you extra time to keep an eye on the kids.
Let the pancake batter rest for half an hour and then strain it.
Bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat and stack them on a plate.
Heat the raspberries, sugar, and water over low heat. Briefly cook the mixture and blend it into a delicious coulis.
