210g oats
100g fine almond flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
115 ml maple syrup
1 vanilla pod
120 ml milk
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
150g blueberries

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all the dry ingredients, except for the sugar, in a bowl so you can break up any lumps.

Whisk the eggs, syrup, milk, olive oil, and vanilla together in a bowl.

Stir in the dry ingredients until there are no lumps left.

Finally, fold in the berries and distribute the mixture into the cupcake molds.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 180°C.

Let cool on a rack.

Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
