Quantity: 12 pieces

Base:
200 g speculoos cookies
40 g melted butter

Filling:
250 g cream cheese at room temperature
250 ml whipped cream half whipped
100 g Biscoff spread
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Toppings:
100 g slightly warmed speculoos spread
4 speculaas cookies crushed
Dollops of whipped cream

Requirements:
12 small cupcake molds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Crush the cookies with butter finely and divide into the cupcake molds, pressing down well.

Whip the cream cheese, spread, and sugar until fluffy, gently fold in the cream and divide into the molds.

Freeze for 2 hours, remove from the molds, finish with a dollop of whipped cream, stripes of spread, and crushed cookies, let thaw for 10 minutes.
