Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat the egg well with pepper and salt.

Put a few drops of oil in the baking tray and preheat it for 1 min at 180°C.

Pour the eggs in and bake for 3 min at 180°C.

Pour out onto a cutting board. Roll up and slice into strips.

Add 1 tbsp oil to the baking tray along with garlic, onion, ginger, and leek. Bake for 5 min at 180°C until everything is nicely colored.

Then add the carrot and leek and bake again for 5 min.

Mix sambal, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce together. Taste and stir into the rice, mixing everything with the vegetables and peas.

Now everything needs to be warmed up well. Bake for 8 to 10 min at 180°C until everything is nicely warm. Stir occasionally in the meantime.

Finish with finely chopped spring onion, the omelet strips, and squeeze a lime over it.

Serve immediately.
