1 tbsp peanut oil
300-350 g cooked rice
4 spring onions
1 onion finely chopped
200 g cooked peas
2 cloves garlic
1 leek finely chopped
2 carrots peeled and sliced into thin rounds
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp sambal or more
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 eggs
1 lime
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat the egg well with pepper and salt.

Put a few drops of oil in the baking tray and preheat it for 1 min at 180°C.

Pour the eggs in and bake for 3 min at 180°C.

Pour out onto a cutting board. Roll up and cut into strips.

Add 1 tbsp oil to the baking tray along with garlic, onion, ginger, and leek. Let it bake for 5 min at 180°C until everything is nicely colored.

Then add the carrot and leek and bake again for 5 min.

Mix sambal, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce together. Taste and stir into the rice, mixing everything with the vegetables and peas.

Now everything needs to heat up well. Bake for 8 to 10 min at 180°C until everything is nicely warm. Stir occasionally in the meantime.

Finish off with finely chopped spring onion, the omelet strips, and squeeze a lime over it.

Serve immediately.
