What do you need?

1 bag of your favorite nachos
1 jar of pickled jalapeños sliced
1 red onion finely chopped
1 spring onion finely chopped
Fresh coriander
Sriracha sauce

Cheese sauce:
200 ml milk
2 cloves of garlic
Black pepper from the grinder
250-300 g raclette cheese with rind
1 good tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons milk

1 bag of your favorite nachos
1 jar of pickled jalapeños sliced
1 red onion finely chopped
1 spring onion finely chopped
Fresh coriander
Sriracha sauce

Cheese sauce:
200 ml milk
2 cloves of garlic
Black pepper from the grinder
250-300 g raclette cheese with rind
1 good tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons milk

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cheese with rind into cubes, grate the garlic in and season with pepper from the grinder and salt.

Bring everything to a boil with the milk and mix with an immersion blender, stir in the cornstarch mixed with milk and bring to a boil again and the sauce is ready.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, mix again just before serving.

Pour the nachos onto a platter, make space in the middle to place the bowl of sauce.

Drizzle stripes of Sriracha sauce over the nachos.

Finely chop the jalapeños and coriander and slice the red onion.

Finish the nachos with the finely chopped red onion, jalapeño, and coriander.

Pour the cheese sauce into a bowl and place it among the nachos.
