Fill a pitcher with some sprigs of mint and squeeze 2 limes cut into wedges into it. Add 20 cl of fresh apple juice. Add 20 cl of lemon. Add 7 cl of orgeat syrup. Add 20 cl of Gimber.
Stir well, and fill the pitcher to the brim with good quality ice.
Garnish with mint and tasty ice cubes that you made by freezing Biotona blueberry syrup and water.
Serve in a glass of your choice, with a straw and an edible flower.
*Adults can add 5 cl of Cachaça to the glass to spice it up 😉
