Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all ingredients at room temperature in a tall fine measuring cup that your immersion blender fits into, check this in advance. 😉

Place your immersion blender straight down to the bottom of your measuring cup.

Start blending and keep mixing at the bottom for a moment, then gradually move up and mix in all the oil, this takes no longer than 2 min.

Taste and season if necessary.

Pour into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.

This fresh mayonnaise can be kept in the fridge for about 10 days.
