Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 250ml

3 hard-boiled free-range eggs
1 generous tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 tsp mustard
Juice of 0.5 lemon
1 tsp honey
0.5 tsp white pepper powder
0.5 tsp salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a tall measuring cup and blend until completely smooth. Taste and season if necessary.

Store the mayonnaise for a week in the refrigerator in a well-sealed jar with a lid. Use freely and worry-free on EVERYTHING!!!
